Our long-term customer in the US placed an urgent order just 10 days before our Chinese New Year holiday, they required us to export the ordered products before the holiday.

At that time, the workshop was closed already and workers had been off for holiday. We had communicated with the customer about our situation, but the customer needed the products quite urgently. In order to meet customer's requirement, we called back some workers, re-opened the workshop, worked day and night for production, eventually the order was finished in time.

A new question came, because it was only a few days before the holiday, no common delivery company could deliver the products to the exporting seaport,  we hired a truck and delivered the products by ourselves, even the delivery cost is much higher than using a delivery company.

With our every efforts, the goods were delivered to that customer in duo time, the customer was very moved.

So, since the complete valve production process is under our control, our own foundry, our own machining workshop, our own coating workshop, we could make special arrangements for some specially required orders.
