One of Our German customers complained that duo to the sand inside the ball of ball type check valves, after the check valves were installed in pipeline systems, there would be annoying sound from the ball during usage. To solve this issue, our engineer improved the ball by welding several iron blocks inside the balls instead of putting sand, by this way, the annoying sound disappeared.

The same customer also complained that the lifting bolts dimensions didn’t meet their requirement, they required a special dimensions which are not normal, to satisfy the customer, we customize the lifting bolt dimensions specially for this customer.
